At the corner of Highland Avenue and Boulevard, just north of Freedom Parkway and the MLK Historic District colored shadows crawl over the facade. The chips defy gravity as they float above the wall. The chips and shadows reward viewing from all angles, distances, and times. I like it. Who is the artist?
