ReplyDeleteHow does the scale of the second house work with the neighboring houses?
House things, I have plenty of photos of the house in context. It short, it's a lot bigger. But at least in my opinion it makes both it neighbor look better. When they landscape the new one it's going to very good for it's neighbors.
ReplyDeleteAnother thing that adds value to the smaller houses: It's a desirable neighborhood, school, and street. Smaller houses mean you can buy one for $1/2M less than for the brand new ones.
