Brookhaven vernacular

This may be the smallest house in Brookhaven. I don't see how it can last. It's a breath of fresh air among the nouvau mansions. For a moment you are out in the country.
It's American vernacular, almost folk Victorian but no gingerbread.

The front has that bungalow look.
