This was July 31, 2010 but all these folks still seem young to me. It was Gather Atlanta at
Trees Atlanta in Reynoldstown, kind of an outreach / networking thing. I didn't know a soul but it's where I first stuck my nose into the Atlanta arts scene, where I ate my first
Good Food Truck Poodle.
This blog post has been setting here for five years. I never finished so I never published it.
I'm not going to check the links, maybe later.
Here are
36 more pictures, maybe one of you or Paul Boshears.

WonderRoot "is a 501(c)3 non-profit community arts organization located in Reynoldstown. WonderRoot aims to unite artists and community to inspire social change by providing production facilities, facilitating arts based service projects, and encouraging artists to engage their communities."
That hardly does it justice. As co-founder Chris Appleton (pictured, center) told me, "If it needs doing, we just do it." They have already done more to support Atlanta artists and musicians than any 10 people can think of.

Formed as an arts collaborative by a group of Georgia State students, the ensemble grew and mutated over the years to become an independent, non-profit theater company." Face it, theater people are fun at conferences.
