Thirty-three of Terry's Tiny Art Show Videos "get" me more than I expected

I've started videoing art shows as a way to document them and I'm getting more than I expected. They help me remember and give me more time to see.

There are almost two hours of videos on here in little chunks. Most are between two and three minutes.

If you click the pictures, you can find my event pictures in Flickr (by clicking on the "gallery" link beneath the picture). These are all on my Youtube Playlist "Art show gallery Music"  so you can play them on automatic while you are doing email and stuff. That's a good way to do it.

Here's are Terry's tiny YouTube secrets: YouTube is easy, here's how I do it.

1. I upload the video from my camera.
2. YouTube tells me if it's shaky and asks if I want to fix it. I say yes.
3. I add music because the sounds in a gallery are awful. See Step 4.
4. I edit the video, click on the musical note, then pick from YouTube's free and searchable music library. It's fun. I can have many copies of the same video with a different soundtracks - but who has time?
5. I prefer ambient, 400 year old polyphony, and Schubert so far. You can search and you can ask YouTube to find clips that are the right length.
6. YouTube easy and I'm getting a little better at it as I go.

DeskHub's CoWorking Space: A Light Filled and Pointy Un-Loft, Terry's Tiny Tour

Our first stop was DeskHub CoWorking Space prior to its grand opening: Day-lighted  pointy diagonals in the piano noble of a Buckhead office building with "inside is outside" vanishing thresholds, superb furniture and two kitchens.

Hypepotamus and Architecture Tourist are teaming to tour tech work-spaces and to meet the cool folks who work there.



We want to return when it opens but it was fun making a ruckus with no one to bother.

Syrup Marketing's Work-space: Climbing Wall and Crow's Nest, Terry's Tiny Tour

Our third stop was Syrup Marketing: A half-court basketball sized space, with a climbing wall, crow's nest conference room, foosball, dark rooms and light rooms, big spaces and cozy spaces, FUN coat rack at 0:24 in the video, breathing room. Bravo.

Payscape's Work-space: a Pup and a Totem Mural, Terry's Tiny Tour

Our fourth stop was Payscape Advisors. The motif is orange and red from the office dog to the Totem Mural. The plan is a shotgun single axis enfilade. The day-lighting is clerestory. You'd never guess from its warehouse - light industrial disguise.

It's pretty nice outback.
