HIgh style at "The St. Charles" apartments, now condos
The St. Charles is a 22 unit historic condo conversion on the south side of Virginia Highland done in 2000-2002. It's one of many high-style apartments in the neighborhood that give architecture tourists a thrill and the neighborhood it's unique feeling. Only midtown competes in single-block architectural variety.
